Jiffy Lube Oil Change

Would not recommend any woman to go here, unfortunately my HOA does not allow residents to work on their vehicles in the parking lot so I brought my car here. During a regular oil change the techs managed to crack my oil pan. I came back and let them know my car was now leaking oil and throwing an oil pressure code, which it clearly wasn’t doing before and they denied any fault. I was recommended to go to another auto shop if my car ‘gave me any more trouble’ and then after I was hit on by the lead tech who supposedly has a granddaughter my age. Just a very unlucky experience.

I brought 2 cars in this week. With the first car, they lifted the hood and started working on it without even asking me what kind of oil I wanted. The lame excuse was that they were "using the same oil as last time." I don't think they ever looked the car up. I never have experienced this at a JL. With the second car, I was told that my Groupon gets a $10 upcharge because Jiffy Lube "raised their prices a couple days ago." Incorrect. The Groupon price is set. I only pay taxes and shop fees after the services. The clerk argued that "he only works there and can't do anything about it." Well, management has to either educate the staff or educate themselves and understand that the customer, once a Groupon is purchased, is not obligated to pay for any price increase from Jiffy Lube. No one should pay more for anything other than additional oil over 5 QT, shop fees, and taxes. Is every customer going to overpay on Groupons and other coupons do to these business practices? I was offered a lower price, but I still overpaid. Customers don't return if they feel they are being cheated, so it's JL that loses at the end.

I had such a great experience at this Jiffy Lube location on Spanish River Blvd in Boca Raton! The team here is truly top-notch—everyone was so nice, polite, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. A special shoutout to Jennifer, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable. I really appreciated being able to stay in my car during the oil change, and they even kept AC running, which made a big difference. They got me in and out quickly without feeling rushed, and the whole process was super convenient. It’s not often you come across service this friendly and efficient. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a hassle-free oil change!

I went to this Jiffy Lube because I have one that’s 1 mile from my house, this one is five but the other one was horrible so I decided to come to this one and I had a great experience. I told the gentleman that greeted me what had happened and he apologized , even though it wasn’t his location. He was so understanding, so empathetic he was such a courteous gentleman. I was able to wait in the waiting room. I would say the service probably took a half hour, which at the other location I probably would have been there over a good hour. The staff were very friendly, and did a great job with my car. This will be my new Jiffy since I am new to the area. Recommend 10/10

Did an oil/filter change and fluid top off. It was quick. No concerns about the service itself. The waiting room is a bit small if there are 2+ cars waiting. Also would be better if they give customers a price breakdown BEFORE they start the service.
